Lamination Systems
COREPOX® epoxy lamination resins and pastes — the glass- or carbon-reinforced structure behind the surface coat.
Epoxy Lamination Resin
- 70 min
A room-temperature curing, unfilled and very fluid lamination resin that works with glass fibre and fillers alike — the base system for general mold and fixture making.
Epoxy Lamination Resin
- 35 – 145 min
A lamination resin with strong mechanical properties, offered at three hardener speeds — for fixtures, foundry models and back-filling PU tooling.
Epoxy Lamination Resin
- 130 °C
- 60 – 100 min
A 130 °C lamination resin with low viscosity and excellent wet-out. The same resin runs infusion when paired with MEH-2970-3.
Epoxy Lamination Resin
- 180 °C
- 135 – 360 min
A 180 °C lamination resin for heat-resistant glass or carbon-reinforced tooling and high-temperature prepreg lay-up molds.
Epoxy Lamination Paste
- 40 – 45 min
A glass-fibre reinforced, room-temperature curing lamination paste for reinforcing molds and fixtures, back-filling and checking gauges.
Epoxy Lamination Paste
- 115 °C
- 95 min
A low-density (0.8 g/cm³) lamination paste with 115 °C resistance, applied up to 25 mm in a single pass.
Epoxy Coupling Coat
- 115 °C
- 30 min
A two-component coupling coat that bonds the surface resin to the laminate across every epoxy and polyurea mold system, resistant to 115 °C.
