- HDT 60 – 70 °C
The workhorse styling board at 0.24 g/cm³, available in both 1500 × 500 and 2000 × 1000 formats, and used as backing support in epoxy lamination tooling.
Styling Board
- 0.30 g/cm³
- HDT 60 – 70 °C
A large-format (2000 × 1000) styling board at 0.30 g/cm³, with a fine surface and minimal dust during machining.
Styling Board
- 0.35 g/cm³
- HDT 65 – 75 °C
A styling board that reaches a hard surface at only 0.35 g/cm³, holding dimension in cutting jigs and laminating molds.
Styling Board
- 0.47 g/cm³
- HDT 75 – 80 °C
The most robust of the styling boards at 0.47 g/cm³, for architectural models, interior and exterior mockups and checking models. Seals and varnishes easily.
Modeling Board
- 0.60 g/cm³
- HDT 70 – 75 °C
The standard modeling board at 0.60 g/cm³. A fine surface, easy shaping by hand or machine and a low coefficient of thermal expansion make it the default for master, cubing and foundry models.
Modeling Board
- 0.67 g/cm³
- HDT 75 – 80 °C
A modeling board with excellent milling characteristics at 0.67 g/cm³, preferred for master models of composite molds and for data control models.
Modeling Board
- 0.72 g/cm³
- HDT 75 – 80 °C
The most robust modeling board at 0.72 g/cm³, with high edge strength and a very fine surface — used for master models and tooling blocks.
Working Board
- 0.69 g/cm³
- HDT 100 – 110 °C
A 110 °C tooling board at 0.69 g/cm³ for low-temperature prepreg lay-up, holding dimension through a low coefficient of thermal expansion.
Working Board
- 0.70 g/cm³
- HDT 130 – 140 °C
The high-temperature prepreg board: resistant to 135 °C with a 130–140 °C HDT at 0.70 g/cm³, for vacuum tooling and hot lay-up.
Working Board
- 0.80 g/cm³
- HDT 85 – 90 °C
A tooling board that reaches a high heat deflection temperature at only 0.80 g/cm³ — for checking fixtures, prototype foundry models and thermoforming tools.
Working Board
- 0.89 g/cm³
- HDT 100 – 110 °C
A very fine-surfaced 110 °C tooling board at 0.89 g/cm³, for low-temperature prepreg tools where surface quality and dimensional stability both matter.
Working Board
- 1.00 g/cm³
- HDT 70 – 80 °C
An easily machined 1.00 g/cm³ tooling board with high edge and abrasion resistance, used for mold fixtures and checking gauges.
Working Board
- 1.00 g/cm³
- HDT 70 – 80 °C
The gray variant of WB-1000 — identical technical values, different colour, chosen where checking fixtures need to be told apart at a glance.
Working Board
- 1.22 g/cm³
- HDT 80 – 90 °C
The most proven working board on the market at 1.22 g/cm³, giving abrasion resistance and low tool wear in pattern plates, core boxes and hammer tools.
Working Board
- 1.25 g/cm³
- HDT 80 – 85 °C
A foundry board with excellent amine resistance at 1.25 g/cm³, combining easy machining with high flexural strength in pattern plates and core boxes.
Working Board
- 1.20 g/cm³
- HDT 70 – 75 (Tg) °C
A pattern-plate board at 1.20 g/cm³ with excellent abrasion resistance and high impact strength, for core boxes and checking fixtures on metal parts.
Working Board
- 1.40 g/cm³
- HDT 75 – 80 °C
A polishable foundry board with low thermal expansion at 1.40 g/cm³, for pattern plates, core boxes, negative and positive models and gauges.
Working Board
- 1.46 g/cm³
- HDT 75 – 80 °C
A foundry board made with recycled polyol at 1.46 g/cm³, with high amine and chemical resistance in pattern plates and core boxes.
Working Board
- 1.60 g/cm³
- HDT 75 – 80 °C
The metal-forming and spinning tool board at 1.60 g/cm³ — a very dense surface, low thermal expansion and high compressive strength, also used for checking gauges.
